มก.กำแพงแสน ลงนามความร่วมมือสมาคมกีฬาลอนเทนนิสแห่งประเทศไทย เตรียมจัดแข่งเทนนิสระดับโลก

🎾 Kasetsart University Kamphaeng Saen Campus and LTAT Sign MOU to Host International Tennis Tournaments

On Friday, June 6, 2025, Kasetsart University, Kamphaeng Saen Campus, held a signing ceremony for a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) on sports cooperation with the Lawn Tennis Association of Thailand under the Patronage of His Majesty the King (LTAT) at Room 305, Luang Suwan Vajokkasikij Building.

The MOU was signed by
✒️ Assoc. Prof. Dr. Anuchai Phinyopummintr, Vice President of Kamphaeng Saen Campus, and
✒️ Mr. Thaitanu Wannasuk, Secretary-General of LTAT,
with opening remarks delivered by
🎙️ Asst. Prof. Lt. Col. Dr. Sirichai Sriprom, Assistant to the Vice President for Administration, Sports, and Arts & Culture.

The signing ceremony was witnessed by key university executives:

• Asst. Prof. Dr. Amphon Sriyapaya, Dean of the Faculty of Sports and Health Science 

• Assoc. Prof. Dr. Winai Phulsri, Dean of the Faculty of Education and Development Sciences

• Mr. Teerayut Phonglertrit, Deputy Director, Office of Extension and Training

• Asst. Prof. Dr. Nantawan Thiankaew, Associate Dean for Administration

• Asst. Prof. Dr. Phuwanart Sriton, Head of the Department of Sport Science

• Asst. Prof. Dr. Wimolmas Prachakun, Lecturer, Department of Sport Science

Also in attendance were local government representatives:

• Mr. Naravee Khanthahiran, District Chief of Kamphaeng Saen

• Pol. Lt. Col. Nathit Thongdonjui, Suppression Inspector, Kamphaeng Saen Police Station

This collaboration, initiated by LTAT, recognizes the campus’s high-quality sports and health facilities and aims to establish the university as a venue for international tennis tournaments under the ITF World Tennis Tour from 2025 to 2028.

The agreement seeks to promote academic and professional development in sports among students and personnel, raise national standards in tennis event organization, enhance inter-agency collaboration, and provide real-world experience for KU students through international-level event engagement.

เมื่อวันที่ 6 มิถุนายน 2568 มหาวิทยาลัยเกษตรศาสตร์ วิทยาเขตกำแพงแสน ร่วมลงนามบันทึกข้อตกลงความร่วมมือทางด้านกีฬา กับ สมาคมกีฬาลอนเทนนิสแห่งประเทศไทย ในพระบรมราชูปถัมภ์ ณ ห้อง 305 อาคารหลวงสุวรรณวาจกกสิกิจ เพื่อร่วมเป็นเจ้าภาพจัดการแข่งขัน ITF World Tennis Tour ระหว่างปี 2568–2571
